The 27 LB SDS Max Inline Chipping Hammer is a powerful tool designed to break down dense concrete with up to 27 joules of impact energy, as per EPTA-Procedure 05/2009. Ideal for high-performance tasks such as horizontal and downward chipping in mid-to-lower wall and flooring applications, this hammer excels in wall breaching, channel creation, bushing, and scarifying. With a chipping range of 1-5 inches and delivering up to 1,620 BPM, it ensures efficient and effective operation. The hammer features a rear handle design for comfortable operation during horizontal and downward chipping. It is equipped with WIRELESS TOOL CONTROL technology, allowing users to link it to the DCV585 60-Volt MAX dust extractor (sold separately) for remote activation. Additionally, the tool is Tag Ready, enabling tracking via the DEWALT Tool Connect app when a DEWALT Tag (sold separately) is attached. To enhance user comfort, the integrated SHOCKS Active Vibration Control system minimizes vibration at the handles, compared to hammers without this feature.
