The MT 204A Machine Cutting Torch is designed for mechanized cutting applications with a cutting capacity of up to 7″ (177.8 mm) using Series 1 cutting tips. Available in both two and three hose versions, the two hose torches come in 4.5″ (114.3 mm), 10″ (254.0 mm), and 18″ (457.2 mm) models, while three hose torches are available in 10″ (254.0 mm) and 18″ (457.2 mm) models. Featuring a Check Valve to prevent reverse flow of gases, the torch also includes a disk assembly that seals tightly against the seat in the event of reverse flow. A spring compresses under normal flow, moving the disk assembly forward and allowing gas flow. Accessory Reverse Flow Check Valves are supplied with all machine torches for added operator safety. The Straight Through Design minimizes turbulence, enhancing cutting performance, while the High-Performance Mixer Design ensures optimum performance. The torch head and body are constructed with rugged brass for maximum strength, and pre-drilled 1.38″ (35.1 mm) diameter barrels allow for three-position mounting flexibility.
