SFFECO low pressure modular series extinguishers are self-contained, standalone systems designed to be economical, simple, and flexible for a variety of conditions. The design features sprinkler technology with a gas-tight quartzoid bulb sprinkler head and an optional electric actuator (24 VDC). The system can be actuated either remotely via a fire extinguishing control panel or by thermal fusion of the glass bulb, which comes in various fixed temperature ranges. These modular cylinders, equipped with ceiling mounting brackets, are constructed from carbon steel, factory welded with argon/CO2, sandblasted, and finished in white or red with an oven-baked electrostatic powder coating. SFFECO modular automatic installations are ideal for protecting electrical equipment rooms, server rooms, gas stations, paint spray booths, flammable liquid storage areas, and boat engine compartments. The cylinders are hydrostatically tested at 30 bar. The Automatic or Modular Hanging type fire extinguisher is an independent fire extinguishing system, easily mounted on walls or ceilings to directly extinguish fires in the protected area.
