HD-502-4 (DC 9V ~ 35V) Wired Heat Detector With Relay

The HD-502-4 Wired Heat Detector with Relay is a versatile and dependable device designed for early detection of high temperatures in various environments. It operates within a voltage range of DC 9V to 35V (with optional configurations for DC 40V to 60V), making it adaptable to a range of power systems. The detector has a very low standby current of ≤55 µA, ensuring energy efficiency, while the alarm current can reach up to ≤55 mA at DC 24V or ≤25 mA at DC 12V when triggered. Upon detecting a temperature rise to 57°C, the device activates a red LED alarm indicator, signaling the presence of a potential fire hazard. Resetting the detector can be done either automatically or by cutting the power supply. It operates reliably in temperature ranges from -10°C to +50°C and can withstand humidity levels up to 95% RH. The HD-502-4 model is capable of functioning in both 2-wire and 4-wire configurations, with a remote LED for 2-wire systems and a relay output for 4-wire systems. The relay output contact rating for the 4-wire setup is 0.5A at DC 28V. The device is built according to EN54-5:2008 fire safety standards and holds a CE certification, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and quality standards.
