The hose reel drums are pressed on a hydraulic press to incorporate ribs, ensuring strength and durability while preventing twisting during handling. The cabinet is finished with electrostatic powder paint, oven baked at temperatures up to 200°C, to provide both a protective layer against rust and a pleasing appearance.
