Duplex Nails

Duplex Nails, also known as double-headed nails, are uniquely designed fasteners commonly used in temporary construction projects. These nails feature two heads: one is driven flush with the material’s surface, while the second head remains exposed for easy removal. This dual-head design makes Duplex Nails particularly useful in applications where the fastener will need to be removed after serving its purpose. The primary application of Duplex Nails is in temporary structures such as scaffolding, formwork, and bracing. When constructing concrete forms, for example, the first head is driven into the wood to secure it in place, while the second head remains above the surface. Once the concrete has set and the forms need to be dismantled, the exposed head provides a convenient grip for pulling the nails out without damaging the wood or concrete.
