DC 9V ~ 35V (SD-604-2) Wired Smoke Detector

The SD-604-2 Wired Smoke Detector is designed for efficient fire detection and conforms to EN54-7:2008 standards, with CE certification ensuring reliability and safety. Operating within a voltage range of DC 9V to 35V, it also supports higher voltages up to DC 40-60V, making it versatile for various installations. This smoke detector features low standby current consumption, drawing less than 50 µA in both 2-wire and 4-wire configurations. In alarm mode, it consumes between 20-25 mA at 12V and 40-50 mA at 24V for 2-wire setups, while the 4-wire configuration allows for up to 25-30 mA for normally open (NO) relay contacts and 20 mA for normally closed (NC) contacts. An LED indicator provides visual alerts during alarm conditions, and the unit can be reset by power cycling or automatically. The alarm output includes a remote LED for 2-wire systems and a relay output for 4-wire systems, with a contact rating of 0.5A at DC 28V for the latter. With a sensitivity range of 0.08-0.16 dB/m (±0.1 dB/m), the SD-604-2 effectively detects smoke, ensuring timely alerts. Its compact design, measuring Ø99 mm x 43.5 mm, and the inclusion of a reed switch for testing enhance its practicality and ease of use.
