DC 9V ~ 35V (HD-504-4) Wired Heat Detector with Relay

The HD-504-4 Wired Heat Detector with Relay is a heat-sensitive device designed to provide early detection of fires by monitoring temperature increases. It supports a wide operating voltage of DC 9V to 35V, with options for higher voltage orders ranging from DC 40V to 60V. This detector has a low standby current of ≤50 µA in both 2-wire and 4-wire configurations. The 4-wire version features a relay output, with a standby current of ≤50 µA for normally open (NO) and ≤16 mA for normally closed (NC) relay settings. The alarm activates at a temperature of 57°C, with visual indication via a red LED. For the 2-wire setup, the alarm current ranges from 20-25 mA at 12V and 40-50 mA at 24V. In the 4-wire configuration, the current is ≤40 mA (NO) and ≤20 mA (NC). The device can be reset by either cutting power or automatically, depending on system requirements. The alarm output differs between the two setups: a remote LED is provided for the 2-wire setup, while a relay output is featured for the 4-wire configuration. This heat detector complies with EN54-5:2008 standards and has CE certification, confirming its safety and quality. It is compact, with dimensions of Ø99 mm in diameter and 43.5 mm in height.
