The HD-504-2 Wired Heat Detector is a reliable device for detecting rising temperatures, primarily designed for fire safety systems. It operates on a wide voltage range of DC 9V to 35V, with an option for orders ranging from DC 40V to 60V. The detector consumes minimal power, with a standby current of ≤50 µA for 2-wire configurations, and ≤50 µA (normally open) or ≤16 mA (normally closed) for 4-wire systems. It is designed to activate when the ambient temperature reaches 57°C, signaling the alarm visually through a red LED. The alarm current for 2-wire setups is between 20-25 mA at 12V and 40-50 mA at 24V, while in 4-wire systems, it is ≤40 mA (normally open) and ≤20 mA (normally closed). It offers flexibility in resetting, either through power-off or automatic reset. The alarm output varies based on the configuration, providing a remote LED for 2-wire systems and a relay output for 4-wire systems.
