SFFECO Modular Series Fire Extinguishers, Model SFM40, are self-contained standalone systems designed to be economical, simple, and adaptable to local conditions. They utilize sprinkler technology featuring a gas-tight quartzoid bulb sprinkler head, optionally equipped with a pyrotechnic electric actuator (24 VDC) for activation. The system can be activated remotely via a controlled release fire extinguishing panel or through thermal activation of the glass bulb, available in various fixed temperature ranges. The cylinders are made of carbon steel, factory-welded with argon/CO2, sandblasted, finished in white, oven-baked, and coated with electrostatic powder. These extinguishers are well-suited for protecting electrical equipment rooms, server rooms, gas stations, paint spray booths, flammable liquid storage areas, engine compartments of boats, and small rooms prone to fire risks. The cylinders undergo hydrostatic testing at 30 bar pressure.
