SFFECO modular series extinguishers are self-contained standalone systems, designed to be economical, simple, and flexible to suit local conditions. The operational design features sprinkler technology with a gas-tight quartzoid bulb sprinkler head, which can be actuated by an optional pyrotechnic electric actuator (24 VDC). The system can be activated remotely via a fire extinguishing control panel or by the thermal fusion of the glass bulb, available in various fixed temperature ranges. The SFFECO modular cylinders are made of carbon steel, factory argon/CO2 welded, sand blasted, white finished, oven baked, and electrostatically powder-coated.
